Jello

Finger Jell-O

Mix:
4 packages unflavored gelatin
3 small packages regular Jell-O
Add 4 cups boiling water
Stir until dissolved
For thick pieces pour into 13 × 9-inch pan. For thinner pieces use a jellyroll pan or cookie sheet with sides. Finger Jell-O stays firm in room temperature. Even overnight.



Stiffer Jello

Use ¾ of the normal amount of water mix accordingly.
Example
Instead of: Use
1 c. boiling ¾ c. boiling
1 c. cold ¾ c. cold
Quick set:
In place of cold water, measure ice cubes to required amount in measuring cup then fill the cup with ice water (as cold as you can get) to the required amount.
