Blonde Brownies

⅔ cup margarine
2 cup brown sugar
Melt together and remove from heat.
Add: 2 egg and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Stir well.
Add: 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon baking soda.

Pour into 9 × 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350º F for 20-30 minutes
