Beef Brisket

3-4 lb brisket
Sauce
¾ cup sugar
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon cloves
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard

Place beef in pan with lid and boil until done (2-3 hours). Remove from water and cut off fat. Place beef in roasting pan with lid. Make glaze or paste and put on beef. Place in oven and bake at 325ºF for 20 minutes.

Tip: Sauté cabbage with butter and sour cream for added vegetable to serve with Beef Brisket
