Cooper's Corner
8 slices bread4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 lbs. bacon or sausage, cooked
2 cups grated cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Place bread in bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Mix eggs, 2 cups of milk, and mustard and pour over bread. Place sausage or bacon and cheese over mixture in pan. Mix soup and 1/2 cup of milk together and pour over all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
