Cooper's Corner
1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon or peppermint extract 1 1/2 tbsp. cream
green food coloring
Blend sugar, salt and flavoring. Add cream for easy spreading. Tint with food coloring for the desired shade of green. Spread on cookies with a spatula or pastry brush. Frosts 3 to 5 dozen cookies, depending on size.
