Blueberry Cheesecake

2 cups oatmeal
⅔ cup brown sugar
1 cube margarine, melted
2-8 ounce cream cheese, softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
12 ounce Cool Whip
1 can blueberry pie filling

Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, and margarine. Press into a 13 × 9-inch pan (spray with non-stick spray). Cook at 350º F for 8 minutes. (No longer – it will be soft) Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add cool whip, pour over crust, allow to set. Pour pie filling over the top. Cut and Serve.

Makes 15 – 24 servings.
