2 tablespoons oil3 cups rice (cooked)
3 green onions sliced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 egg beaten
⅓ cup beef, shrimp, pork, chicken
Pinch of Chinese 5 spice
Heat oil in skillet, add rice and stir fry until hot. Add green onions, soy sauce, and Chinese 5 spice. Push rice to the side of pan, add egg and scramble, stir into rice. Add meat and heat through.
Tip: Rice is better if has been in the refrigerator at least overnight. This way it does not stick together.
